Cortex Camera App Reviews

The app seems to work not quite as well on the iPhone 7plus. It works fine on the 5s. On the 7plus, the snaps were intervals apart, causing the light trail to skip. Its also loud as it takes multiple snaps. I know the hardware is capable of taking multiple shots in matter of seconds. Also, please add a slider for manual focus.

Ive been using cortex cam since the original version. This latest update astounds me! The raw input from the camera makes for FAR SUPERIOR photographs than all prior versions combined. Along with the advanced features to change ISO and shutter speed, you can take photos of dimly lit surroundings and there is practically NO GRAIN. Note: this magic is accomplished via long exposure photography. So your subject matter needs to be stationary for several seconds wile the image is captured. Hands down, the best camera app available. No gimmicks and silly filters. Just brilliant photographs!

This app does wonders in low light. I would say this and Slow Shutter are the best for low light photography.

I am Korean user. Camera shutter sound is very loud. Please give me silent shutter.

Great low-light photos, even without a tripod, and an easy to use interface.

The app is great, The results are incredible on my iPad 2 but needs more functions like timer and front-facing camera support. Please, add these features to make this a perfect app.

Excellent, the only improvement I can think to is the possibility to save shots in .tiff, to edit photos on your computer

Its really the must-have app on your iPhone! You can take sharp and pure photos in low light situations, much better results than the built-in camera, and the resolution is even larger. Ive tested and compared many apps, non of the others can handle low light scenes as great as this one. No matter which iPhone you are using, it works. Apple should acquire this app!

Im a daily user of Cortex Cam since its first version, and I love it! But what happend to this version? I can not get any photo but completely blurred ones ("remove motion blur" turned off) or completely pixelated with purple frings all over it ("remove motion blur" turned on). Please, bring that GREAT Cortex Cam back!!!

Fácil de usar. Obtive ótimos resultados com meu iPhone 5c e iPad Air. Easy to use. I got great results with my iPhone 5c and iPad Air.

Really does the job. Pictures taken in the dark are much clearer and better using Cortex Cam! Keep up with the good work.

Yes the App sharpened pictures but not the fully picture size will be used it is digital zoomed, but the important bug are the white artifacts in the middle area of an high resolution picture at 8MP this made all picture to trash - I am sorry, the app is not useful Andy

Much better than standard camera.app

After you hold your camera in place and wait for the photo to be taken it gives you a blurry photo. It also forces the flash to be on which I never use.

Da FAQ is wrong with this app it makes my pics more blurry then they actually are its so stupid

Its a great app but it annoys me a lot! I have to wait to long and stay still to get a good picture . It takes way to long to process. Id be really happy if it improved and got a bit faster. Over all its a great app and theres A big diff. Just want it to be better. :$
