It crashes! What the hell, guys?

There is no zoom and the picture in principle is zoomed at least 3x???

Outstanding app, it achieves huge quality and resolution increase, as well as great noise reduction in low light photos. I suggest only adding the possibility of deleting photos in the app.

I did not notice any distortions when I used this app with iPhone5s. However, recently, the app makes some strange distortion. It looks as if iPhone had a wide angle lens and the picture is taken on the edge of the viewing angle. I dont know how to call it professionally (maybe barrel distortion?). Please fix this issue!

Doesnt work with iphone 6 this app makes the pictures worst

The actual quality is not as good as it is advertised. It does not do better than the Apples original camera app. I want my refund.

I love this app so much. Takes beautifully clear images, and they’re all 25% higher resolution than the highest res pictures on my iPhone. How cool is that? Not good for high-speed photography, obviously, because it takes several seconds to gather the video. But within that limitation, it’s magical.

My reaction to seeing Cortex Cam in action was Wow! I use it with a 5s and the photo quality improvement is shocking. The clarity of the photos makes this app well worth the money. Especially in low light conditions. Ive used several other camera apps but until Cortex I didnt know I could take pictures like this on my phone. Thumbs way up!

Awesome app but definitely overdue for an iPhone 6 update not just iOS 8. Images have been coming out distorted on the iPhone 6. Otherwise awesome and very useful in low light situations. Looking forward to whats next and update soon.

So Im gonna say why this app is amazing to me. First, the photo quality is much better. It uses super resolution which is much different than just making an image sharper. It actually adds a lot more detail naturally. A bi product of that is it removes the grain you see with the normal cam in low light shots. It works well enough when you hold it still but the best shots are still with a tripod or on a surface. A downside to how it works is how it takes several seconds to take a picture. This is due to it taking several photos and mixing them to give you such a great image. That means that motion shots or quick ones are a no no. Still, for the amount of pictures I take of non mobile objects, this is my go to app for pictures

This app was horrible. I was expecting it to take nice pictures like what the app showed but nope worse then my iPhone camera!! Dont buy it!

Really gets rid of the noise

Amazing improvement in the quality of images from my built-in iPod Touch 5g camera. Photos that were noisy at 5 MP are magically crisp at 8 MP--I almost cant believe it. I rely on this powerful photography app every single day.

This program takes fantastic virtually noise-free photos (mainly because what it actually does it take a video and then stack and pack it all down to a single image). Because of that, having the phone on a tripod so you can eliminate hand shake when youre taking your pic helps. One flaw, and I cant understand why nobody has mentioned this yet. When you use timer mode, theres a giant square with a number on it that obscures a big portion of the image, so you cant actually properly frame or focus on your pic. Then when you tap the screen that blasted thing stays right there in the middle. Could we PLEASE get rid of it and show the countdown timer somewhere else OTHER than right smack dab in the middle of a pre-framed photo please? Apart from that, I think this program is perfect.

I did extensive tests to compare this app with the new app, Hydra. 9 out of 10 times Cortex Cam was the winner. I was surprised how well it did in low light situations while holding my iPad (and I do shake a bit). Definitely a must-have app for taking still life, landscape and other artistic shots.
